As part of our commitment to quality and excellence, IMD Translation is certified, and audited annually against, ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 which help ensure our quality management and translation service systems are amongst the best in the industry.

We utilise only the best systems to help us deliver excellence to our customers and their clients, and are committed to ensuring our staff have the tools and the training to deliver such excellence.

 In addition, all of our translators are experts in their field, qualified to ISO 17100 standard as a very minimum. They each possess extensive practical experience as linguists, as well as relevant qualifications in any particular area of specialisation. 

What’s more, all of our translations and transcriptions come with our company certification as standard. Our standard certification, included as standard as part of any human translation project, is in line with gov.uk requirements: stating that it is an accurate translation, the date of delivery, contact details of our office, name of contact person at our firm, the language(s) translated to and from, our internal ID number for the linguist(s) that performed the translation, the name of the client firm and contact person, and our ATC membership number.
